Help guys! It's urgent! What can ,, Yes, on call counts,, mean in my specific case? Pls help...?

I've asked a guy like 5 questions and the only answer I got is - YES On ALL COUNTS , does this mean that the answer is YES on ALL QUESTIONS ? Or it means something else? because i understand it as ,, yes, for sure, 100% sure,, If it means YES on all questions , do you americans/canadians use this phrase often?!
