Urgent Steam game downloading question!?

Team Fortress 2 is now F2P, so i'm currently downloading it, and am 32% through. The download is supposed to take a total of 12 hours. I really don't want to wait 12 hours for this download to finish, and then have it say "Insufficient admin privileges" or something like that. So, my question is, do you need to be an admin on your computer to download ANY games form Steam? Thanks in advance!
