When can I expect to gain weight again from diarrhea recovery?

I want to gain my normal weight back I am sick of waking up so thin : ( it freaks me out! It has been at least a week since I have had diarrhea & extreme heartburn & Finlay today even though I woke up even thinner looking & weight(122.8lbs) I Finlay had a normal looking bowel movement. I was going to go to urgent care especially since I looked smaller today(still measure the same 31in along belly line) but now I don't know if I should just wait it out more? I drink about a gallon of water per day & blend all my foods & rest & drink coconut water & all that good stuff. I want my weight back! 125(if i work out)-(normal with love handles)130lbs is my normal weight. I had taken penicillin early this month & tooth extractions & period so a lot of factors. : (
