14yrs girl .....URGENT!!!?

Hi im 14yrs girl and my best friend is also a girl 14yrs , i really want to kiss her but she has a bf of 4 months. We planned to get drunk together i don't know when though maybe at a party or something really don't know. She has never been drunk neither have i , i've only been tipsy and would she get drunk easier than me? and should i kiss her when she's drunk ? i really want to :D she told me she would probably kiss a girl when drunk..is this my chance? :)
