Is it true the JFK collision like it happen yesterday, occurs several times a year? Air France and Delta?

NO maybe its just a kind of mistake. Based on the stories i read, the CRJ plane (Delta) is waiting clearance to reach the gate while the whale suddenly cross. Maybe it's just a poor practice or aiport traffic. Hope this thing wont happen again
